An event every month that begins at 9:00 am on day Second of the month, repeating indefinitely
Sewing Circle meets on the second Tuesday morning of each month. Women (and sometimes even a few men) make items to help those in need around the world by knotting comforters, cutting strings for kit bags, cutting fabric and machine sewing, assembling Mennonite Central Committee kits, and quilting. In 2022, 20 large comforters, 407 small comforters, 300 newborn kits, 204 school kits, 803 hygiene kits, 1 quilted wall-hanging, and 1,007 kit bags were created. All ages are welcome.
